Truck Wash Systems LIP / LIP PRO

The cleaning of vehicles is not just a matter of image, but it also significantly reduces corrosion of the bodywork and facilitates maintenance. For Mix, the automatic high-pressure system is the ideal solution for washing irregularly-shaped vehicles, able to clean those parts that cannot be tackled using a traditional system with brushes. The vehicles concerned are in particular those used for the collection and disposal of rubbish, tankers, and earth-moving vehicles such as trucks, tractors and diggers.

Details

The system can work completely automatically: a traffic light is placed at the entrance which signals the driver the possibility of accessing the washing plant which is then activated automatically by means of photocells when the vehicle enters the plant. The system is designed to work with the vehicle in transit. The sequence of gantries for the spraying of chemicals, high-pressure water and/or drying complete the washing unit. Speed of the vehicle <5 km / h.

As the vehicle passes through the entrance to the washing area, it is sprayed with detergent from a chemicals gantry.
As it continues, the high-pressure washing begins, undertaken by a gantry on which rotating nozzles are fitted which, thanks to their cleaning effect, can clean parts not accessible by a brush system without the intervention of an operator.
Subsequently the vehicle can be sprayed with a sanitising product via a chemicals gantry.
At the exit, it is possible to install a drying system composed of fans placed in the upper part of the gantry structure and other side-mounted fans.

The plant is powered by our high-pressure pump assemblies, with the detergent distribution gantries are fed by our specific feed pump assemblies.
